I am Vernell Wilks, Academic Advisor, Counselor, and Educator. I consider myself the Educational Moses of my community because for more than 25 years, I have been the go-to person when it comes to informing parents and their college-bound students about the necessary steps to successfully enter college. I have been preparing students for the SAT/ACT exams, assisting teens with the college statement, and helping them gather all of the vital information needed for an effective college application.
With a bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s in Education and over 24 years of Higher Education Experience, I believe that I am more than qualified to assist with many of your academic needs.
